  1. CyClones Trouble Shooting

  4. Problem: Game does not appear to load, and computer locks up.
  5.  
  6. Try:        Your sound card may not be properly configured.
  7.             Reboot your system, return to the CYCLONE directory,
  8.             run the SOUND.EXE program.
  9.  
  10.             If after trying various settings, the problem persists,
  11.             run the SOUND.EXE program as above and select the NO SOUND 
  12.             option.
  13.  
  14. Problem: Game does not play music.
  15.  
  16. Try:        The DEMO version of CyClones does not support FM or General
  17.             MIDI music.  
  18.  
  19.             If you are using more than one sound card, you should select 
  20.             to "USE 1" from the CyClone Sound Installer.
  21.  
  22. Problem: Sound installer asks if I want to set up music, but
  23.             does not play music in the game
  24.  
  25. Try:        The DEMO version of CyClones does not support FM or General
  26.             MIDI music.  The Sound Installer, however, checks the music
  27.             ports on your sound card to verify that the card is properly
  28.             installed.  Therefore, you can set your card for music, but
  29.             you will never hear any in this demo.
